6 Tips To Start The Day Right

6 tips to start the day right

There are moments when everything seems to flow, when we feel that life is smiling at us and it is easy to get carried away. We do not ask ourselves what is happening to us because we are satisfied with our life and we feel comfortable with ourselves. At those times, it’s easy for us to get out of bed in the morning and start the day right.

On the contrary, life sometimes presents us with bad moments … Darker times in which everything involves an extra effort and it even costs us to carry out the slightest action. Its origin may be caused by the departure of a loved one, the loss of a love, a job malaise or problems with our children.

It does not matter the reason or the seriousness of what is happening to us. Nobody has the capacity to judge  the degree of seriousness that a problem has for us because even in the small turns of life we can have difficulties and these moments we must know how to respect them.

However, how you deal with your own discomfort is important. And the best way to deal with it is to get out of bed and start the day right.  But how? Here are some ways.

1. Have a rich breakfast

That breakfast is the most important meal of the day, no one doubts it. But also, if we prepare something delicious and healthy, breakfast can be a great motivator to get out of bed happy. Dedicate yourself to this first meal of the day, take it easy and enjoy.

2. Read a book and save the news for later

People usually start the day by reading the newspaper, which is often stressful. Instead, books tend to stimulate the brain and are good for the soul. Choose the one you like the most and read a little, even if you don’t notice it, it will be a big change.

3. Meditate

to meditate

Sit on a pillow, with your legs crossed and your hands resting on your knees, trying to keep your spine straight, and put your mind blank. If this is difficult for you, focus on your breathing, on the small vibrations that your nose makes when taking in and releasing the air. It does not take much time, with ten minutes a day you will notice changes.

4. Exercise

It is proven that it is better to sleep a little less, and go for a walk, run or do gymnastics at home. Physical exercise causes our body to produce endorphins, small proteins that stimulate the pleasure centers of the brain. In addition, exercising relaxes our muscles and our minds, and makes us sleep better and deeper.

5. Take care of your physical appearance

Dress well, style your hair and do your makeup if you feel like it.  While the important thing is within us, our exterior is a reflection of how we find ourselves. We will not feel the same if we are poorly dressed and disheveled, as if we feel confident in our appearance.

6. Trust

Trust in your abilities to solve the problems that arise during the day. Look in the mirror, smile to yourself, face your fears and reaffirm your abilities. Little by little you will feel more secure.

We must never forget that we choose our thoughts, and they will later determine our behavior. Each choice we make determines how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. A good start to the day is possible.
